About So-Cal Fab & Supply

So-Cal Fab & Supply, Inc. ("SoCal Fab" or "ScFab") was founded in 2004 by John Tompkins, building on the influence and expertise of his father Gene Tompkins. Together they bring over 100 years of collective experience to every project.

We specialize in sanitary equipment and piping for the Food & Beverage Processing Industry — Dairy, Beer & Wine, Juice, Water, and Food. Our work is 3A, USDA, and FDA food-service certified, and adheres to the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance where applicable. All of our staff are certified sanitary welders.

Although sanitary equipment is our specialty, we also fabricate waste water treatment plant equipment, tanks, and systems. We staff a full-time certified electrician to increase our bandwidth and provide a wider range of services for our customers' needs.

We've grown a lot since 2004. Our staff now includes experienced fabricators and an electrician. We take pride in delivering professional, high-quality products and services to established clients such as Kroger, Inglenook Wineries, Ralphs Grocery, Royal Winery, Pom Wonderful, Bolthouse, Grimmway, and Alta Dena. We also enjoy assisting new businesses establish their processes and create new products.
